The ceremony will begin at 330. Please arrive at least 15-30min prior to allow enough time to catch the shuttle/park and find a seat.

The company we are using is Broz - 2:00pm Holiday Inn/AmericInn as they share the same parking lot - 2:35pm FINAL pick up at Holiday Inn/AmericInn If you miss these times, there is parking onsite at the venue.

Beer and wine on us! The hangover is on you. Cards ONLY for purchasing other drinks. Cash can be used for tips.

While we love your kiddos and wish we could include everyone, unfortunately we cannot accommodate to all children. Come have a date night on us and come celebrate the new Mr. and Mrs. Reardon! We appreciate you making accommodations ahead of time.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

After the ceremony, the bride and groom will be taking pictures nearby for about a half hour. Guests can head to the pavilion, for a cocktail hour. Dinner will begin at 5pm.

There is a parking lot onsite. However, we recommend having the shuttle bus pick you up from one of the 3 hotels if you are staying there. Should you have a little bit too much to drink and can no longer drive back to your hotel, there is overnight parking at the Venue. If you do leave your car overnight but it must be picked up by 9am the next morning (Saturday).

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We need to provide our vendors and venue with the exact numbers by a specific date. We’d love to see our loved ones get dressed up! Semi-formal, no jeans. Remember this will be partially outdoors so wear appropriate shoes.
