The 25th of June 2022 was a typical Saturday afternoon church worship team practice. Guitars were being tuned, drums were being drummed, and voices were being warmed up. That's when Jamie-Lee spotted him - the new guy, Nathaniel, who had just joined the team as a bassist. She was immediately drawn to his speaking voice, which exuded confidence.

Jamie-lee being more on the shy side, surprisingly made the first move. She walked up to Nathaniel initiated a conversation and managed to get his number under the pretense of needing to discuss "worship team strategy" (wink,wink).

Over WhatsApp they discovered a shared love for God, music, laughter and bad jokes. Nathaniel was smitten with Jamie's quirky humor and kindness, while Jamie admired Nathaniel's ambition and wit.

For a few months, they hung out explored the city, went on dates and did life together. But despite their obvious chemistry, they remained just friends... or so they thought.

On the 8th October 2022 Nathaniel finally came to his senses and decided to ask Jamie to be his girlfriend. she enthusiastically said yes, and the officially started dating. the rest as they say, is history.

fast forward five months to March 12th 2023, Nathaniel planned a romantic proposal which included a picnic and a photoshoot. Jamie overwhelmed with joy and love said YES!

Almost two years later Jamie and Nathaniel are preparing to tie the knot. They're busy planning their dream wedding, complete with laughter, tears and a promise to always support each other. they request the honor of your presence on their big day to celebrate their forever love.
