Please RSVP as soon as you can! The latest we can accept a response is June 15th. If we do not receive your response by this date, you will be marked as "No." We will miss you celebrating with us; however, we must promptly provide the total guest count to our venue and cannot accept responses past this point. We hope you understand.

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM. Please arrive by 4:15 PM. We kindly ask that you do not arrive any earlier than 3:45 PM. Doors will close at 4:25 PM. If you arrive after this time, you will not be allowed into the ceremony. You will still be able to attend the reception, so hang tight and we will see you at the reception! Thank you for understanding.

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Ravenwood Golf Club. We ask that you use the entrance to the left of the main entrance. You will see plenty of flowers outside near that entrance. If you need a handicap accessible entrance, you may use the front, main entrance of the facility.

Yes! There is plenty of parking onsite at the venue and you may leave your car overnight, if needed. You may also choose to park at the hotel where we will be providing a shuttle. We will be providing a shuttle back to the hotel following the reception. A shuttle from the hotel to the ceremony will likely be provided, pending number of guests staying at the hotel.

We kindly request that you wear cocktail or semi-formal attire. Please no t-shirts, jeans, or sneakers. Women, please refrain from wearing white or a shade that resembles white. Thank you.

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. Ravenwood Golf Club has a wonderful space which includes an open-sided room so we can enjoy the beauty of the outdoors while still remaining cool and covered inside.

The ceremony will be open-seating, so please sit wherever you would like. Some seats/rows will be marked as "reserved" for family in the wedding as well as the wedding party. Please do not sit in these seats. For the reception, please refer to the seating assignments which will be posted.

Yes! The bar will be open during cocktail hour as well as a majority of the reception. The bar will be cash during dinner.

Unfortunately, our wedding will be child-free with the exception of only the closest children to us, whom we will personally inform. We regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children. We hope you can enjoy a night out to yourselves!

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, their name will appear under your name when you RSVP. If someone cannot attend on your list, please note that this does not mean you can replace them with a separate guest in their place.

Yes! There will be a shuttle to bring guests back to the hotel after the wedding. We will likely be providing a shuttle from the hotel to the ceremony, pending number of guests staying at the hotel.

Yes! Please join us at the hotel to keep the party going once the reception ends. We would love for you to join us even if you are not staying at the hotel! We will be staying at Holiday Inn Express in Victor.
