1. Find the booking engine.

2. Select your Destination, Check-in and Check-out dates, Number of guests and add the Promo Code: JRWOCT24XRC (You may have to add promo code at the top of the page after step 4)

3. Click “CHECK AVAILABILITY”

4. Make sure you get the message: “Promotional code applied”

5. In the comments box, please add the promo code.

6. Complete your booking, and that is all.

Promo code rates apply only to "Suite-only" bookings booked through the website. Any new bookings or modifications on existing reservations after August 15th, 2024 will be subject to the applicable rate at the moment of booking/modification. In other words, you have until August 15th, 2024 to book your room with the promo code. Rooms are on a first come first serve basis. There are already some room options that are completely booked out at the resort, so ensure that you are booking as soon as possible.

Room Booking Fees/Dues:

At the time of booking, Excellence Riviera Cancun will only charge you $1.

All the reservations will be charged in full thirty (30) days prior to your arrival day to the credit card provided during the booking process. No partial payments are allowed.

Cancellations:

For cancellations of direct bookings (Promo-code) received 24 hours or more prior to arrival, no cancellation fee is due. Cancellations received within 24 hours or less prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to the total of the entire stay. No refund will apply in case of a No Show or Early Departure. The free cancellation does not apply to non-refundable rates. When booking through third-party websites (tour operators, travel websites, etc.) some cancellation penalties may apply.
