We are hosting a welcome Après Party from 3:30-5:30 pm MST, at the base of the ski hill up in Beaver Creek Village at the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa at the Brass Bear Bar. This is the main lobby bar and we can either be inside or outside on the patio by the fire ring. We can gather and enjoy a beautiful afternoon, after a wonderful day of skiing and exploring. This change will allow those who wish to ski that day being able to have a full day to do so! Our apologies for anyone bummed about the cancelation of the western night theme... please feel free to still wear your cowboy hats!

We are hosting the ceremony and reception at our Airbnb, Arrowpines Lodge. (23 Bachelor Gulch Road, Avon, CO 81620). We are no longer going up to the Ritz-Carlton for cocktail hour due to the difficulties of transporting such a large group. Cocktail Hour will now take place at the house! The ceremony will be at 3pm MST, and we please ask everyone to be at the house by 3:00 pm MST at the latest.

We ask that people coordinate to carpool from the hotel to the ceremony. With that being said, all cars will still have to be parked off premise and we can either come pick you up from the Beaver Creek parking lot or there is a shuttle service that can bring you to the house. However please note that there is no overnight parking allowed on Beaver Creek parking lots. For those of you that are renting large vehicles, we ask that people may be gracious enough to help carpool if you have any open seats. Unfortunately, there is no parking available at the house were the ceremony and reception is being held. There are a few places where you can park and take a free dial to ride service shuttle to the home. With it being a busy time of year those lots of where you can park and take shuttles to the house may be full still. There is also uber in the area and you can uber to the house. An uber ride will be somewhere between $15-$30 per way. Lastly, there is a free shuttle from the hotel that will take you into beaver creek village and then you would take the free dial to ride shuttle service to the home. It will need to be booked in advance by calling the hotel and reserving a time. The last shuttle runs at 5:30 pm, so you would have to find an uber or taxi back to the hotel. Dress to impress! However, dress to stay warm! Time to whip out your excessive fur coats, and closed-toed heels! Everything will be at the same venue. We plan to have the ceremony outside unless there is inclement weather. During March in the mountains the sun should still be up and provide some warmth, however it could be 0 to 50 degrees out! Please bring a coat, but there will be propane heaters on the deck surrounding the ceremony space. The remainder of the evening will take place both inside and outside, as we will have a fire going and some good tunes playing inside and out!
