What is the dress code?

We are excited to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal (i.e. cocktail dresses, sports coats, etc.). This means NO blue jeans, board shorts, or casual wear.

What time should I arrive?

Aim to be in The Trophy Room around 15 minutes in advance. Please do not forget to leave time for parking.

Where should guests park?

There is ample parking to the right and in front of the building. There is no cost so feel free to park wherever works best for you. *If staying in our hotel block, you will get a ticket for a shuttle if you would prefer not to drive*

Are children welcome?

While we love your little ones, we are adhering to a strict guest count. If your child is listed by name on your invitation, we would love to have them come celebrate. If their name is not on the invitation, we invite you to enjoy a childfree evening with us.

Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately, we are adhering to a strict guest count. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes! Please park in the front of the building (the side has stairs). Once inside, there is a wheelchair elevator to The Trophy Room. This is the only wheelchair elevator, however, all three rooms we will be in throughout the evening are connected. Once in the room, the wheelchair elevator will need to be used to access the restroom in the hallway.

Where should I put my jacket?

Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be indoors so feel free to leave your coat at the coat check in the hallway.

Are there any colors we should avoid wearing?

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams.

What if I don’t RSVP by the deadline?

If we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline, you will be marked as “not attending”. The reason for this is we must provide an accurate guest count to our vendors within a timely manner.
