We are so excited to welcome you to Detroit! On Friday, we will be hosting guests to a welcome event at the Detroit Tigers game.


Tickets and a shuttle downtown will be provided. Please see the details below:


Shuttle Departure: The shuttle will leave from the Townsend Hotel promptly at 5:30pm. It will wait on-site and bring everyone home at the end of the game.


Game Details: The game will begin at 6:40pm. They will be playing the Milwaukee Bucks.


Attire: We recommend you sport you best Detroit Tigers apparel! One important thing to note is NO BAGS ARE ALLOWED. Please plan to travel without for Friday’s game.

Ceremony: Ceremony will begin at 5:15pm with cocktail hour and reception directly to follow.

Parking: Limited parking will be available on-site on Lafayette Street outside the venue.

Shuttles: We have coordinated shuttles to and from the Townsend Hotel in Birmingham, MI.There will be two shuttles taking guests to the ceremony.

They will run at 4:00pm and 4:40pm. When you arrive on-site you will follow signage to the rooftop.

Return shuttles will start running at 9:50pm, 10:30pm and 11:10pm.
