We have provided the option to either RSVP through the website or via snail mail. If you should choose to RSVP through our site please click on the RSVP tab and it will take you to the page where it will ask for your name. Please enter your first and last name and it will take you to the next page where you will see the names of your party. Here you will be able to freely accept or decline for your party as well as edit the names of your party if you should need to. It'll then take you to a couple of pages where you can answer some optional questions. Although we adore your little ones, we've elected to limit our ceremony and reception to nursing infants, 14 years and up, and wedding party only.

We would suggest between 4:15-4:30 pm to allow you time to park and find your seats. The ceremony will be starting at exactly 5:00 pm so the doors will be closing at 4:50 pm.

Yes! Just let the security guard at the front gate know that you are here for the Jamie & Ted Acree Wedding and they will let you right in!

Yes! The ceremony will be followed by a cocktail hour before the reception at the same location. This will give you time to find your table and socialize while the bride and groom prepare themselves for their grand entrance.

Semi-formal to business casual.

Yes! We have hotel listed in our hotel section on the website that is working with us. If you book before February 19th, 2025 you can get a special rate. Just give one a call and mention that you are part of the Acree/Schmidt Wedding group or use the code listed in the hotel section.
