Williamsburg Lodge
The official hotel block has ended, but they have agreed to provide the discounted rate as long as rooms are still available. Please call and provide our booking ID to access these rates.
The bride and groom will be staying at the Williamsburg Lodge, and we have reserved a block of rooms for guests that would like to join us there. To access the discounted rate, please call (800)-261-9530. The conference reservations office is open Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00. Please use the booking ID 36316 when calling. This booking number may also be used for a discounted rate at the Williamsburg Inn and the Williamsburg Woodlands Hotel. Please note, the Woodlands Hotel is a bit farther away from the weekend's festivities.

Newport News/Williamsburg International Airport (PHF) is the closet airport to Colonial Williamsburg, and is a 24 minute drive to the Williamsburg Lodge. Rental cars and taxis are available.

Norfolk International Airport (ORF) is about a 50 minute drive from the Williamsburg Lodge. There are rental cars and taxis available.
Amtrak Station (WBG)
The Williamsburg Amtrak station is a 5 minute drive from the Williamsburg Lodge. It is an easy ride to and from Washington, D. C., Willmington, DE., New York, NY., Boston., MA., and other cities on the east coast.
