Jamie and Keegan met while both working at Big Lots, but were both in other relationships at the time. Because of her persistence and constant need for conversation, Jamie eventually persuaded Keegan to be work buddies and actually carry on a conversation with her. Both of their previous relationships eventually ended, and they allowed their friendship to grow. Jamie even rescued Keegan from Christmas shopping alone and dragged him along to every movie possible, the first of which was Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. After several years of friendship, they began dating in March 2021. Since then, they have shared a rollercoaster of experiences like pet ownership (enter Leigha and Ted), personal wins and losses, job changes, sharing a living space, and now planning the beginning of their forever.
