We would like to welcome you all for a casual Dinner at Chiringuito Villa Gadea on Friday the 23rd of June at 7pm. There will be a selection of tapas followed by a Paella, which is the region's speciality.

We understand that some of you will not be arriving until late on Friday or Saturday, as such please let us know whether you will be able to attend the welcome dinner on the RSVP.

Please note a change of time. The Ceremony will now begin at 17:30 on Saturday 24th June 2017

Schedule:

5PM - We will arrange for buses to collect guests from the recommended hotels. If guests decide to stay in alternative accommodation that is not close to the original bus root then they will be required to arrange there own transport to the venue.

5:15pm - Guests arrive at the Finca and are seated to begin the ceremony.

5:30pm - Bride arrives and ceremony begins.

6:00pm - Wedding Photos

6:30pm - Everyone moves to the terrace to enjoy cocktails, canapés and small games.

7:30pm - Dinner will be served in front of the Finca.

9:00pm - Speeches.

9:45pm - Cake cut and coffee served!

10:00pm Free Bar opens and disco begins!!!!

5;00am Everyone get out!

*** We understand that eating this late is not normal for the large majority of our family, however the schedule is purposely structured this way because June temperatures in Spain make it too hot to eat at the traditional time of around 6PM. Please take this into consideration when planning your day.

We would like for everyone to join us for a picnic on the beach after a long night of celebrating and partying.
