I wanted to introduce myself, my name is Tanya Cameron, I am the agent who is working with Jamie and Travis, on their destination wedding.

They have chosen a FABULOUS resort the Royalton St Lucia. They are working on a beautiful wedding event that they can't wait to share with all of their family and friends.

I have included below the booking instructions to confirm a room in their room block.

The website does provide pictures of the resort, the various room categories that we are holding and the amenities the resort provides.

To confirm a reservation:

1) go to www.destinationweddings.com

2) click on Are You A Wedding Guest Get Started if you have never been to the wedding website before or if you have already been to the wedding website before click are Already a member Sign in Here

3) enter bride or grooms last name and the word SAINTLUCIA2024 (this is the passcode)

4) you will then be directed to enter your email and create your own passcode to reenter the site - choose something that you will remember - DWT does not sell the emails and only emails from this wedding will be directed to you

5) you are redirected to the ATTEND PAGE for Jamie Waring and Travis Bruinsma wedding celebration if you end up on a page with pictures scroll down until on the right you see a picture labeled Ready to Book - Get Started - click on this one and you will be taken to the attend page

6) once on the attend page read through the whole page and then go down to the PINK banner to select number of nights from the pull-down box - click on the number of nights you want to stay - this step will also give you a calendar to s elect your arrival date -rates will not appear until you do this step

7) select the category of room you want and put a dot in the one by the number of people (adults) in the room - at this point you can go back and select a different number of nights to compare costs for 3-14 nights.

8) start filling out the reservation form (be sure to use your legal name) this should already be listed under your information and put a check in the insurance box if you want to cancel for any reason insurance (this is in a large pink box)

9) you generally will be able to find better airfare on your own booking directly with the airlines.

10) fill out the legal names of all additional travelers in the same room and if they want insurance

11) enter any comments in the additional information section if there is something special you need or need more information about something or if you want to set up the payment plan. At this time, you will be given the option to do just the initial deposit. After that you will be abl e to make payments any time you would like or to start the Affirm financing option.

12) submit room reservation

13) you will then be redirected to the encrypted credit card form to fill out - just remember that WITHOUT this information you do NOT have a room reservation.
