WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is July 13th, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue and catering with a total guest count in a timely manner. We hope you can understand.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed within the RSVP. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding!

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family and some wedding party members. All invited family members will be listed within your RSVP.

WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?

Both the ceremony and reception are taking place at the Lot 8 venue in San Diego, California (1201 Hotel Cir S, San Diego, CA 92108). This space is mostly outdoors with some shaded areas. Expect warm weather this time in September. Please dress appropriately and keep hydrated.

I HAVE TO FLY IN FOR THE WEDDING. WHAT AIRPORT SHOULD I USE?

We recommend using the San Diego Airport (SAN) for those members flying in for the wedding. This airport is only a 15 minute drive from the hotels/venue and ideal for using ride share services. We will not be providing a shuttle service to the airport.

WHERE DO I STAY AND HOW DO I GET TO THE VENUE?

Wedding guests are encouraged to stay at one of the following hotels and use the couple's wedding block (see Travel): DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel San Diego - Hotel Circle or the Atwood Hotel. These hotels are within a VERY short walk to the venue, therefore a shuttle will not be provided. We ask that guests staying in the hotel block will walk to the venue, as there is limited parking and this will also ensure everyone gets home safe after celebrating with us.

IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?

The venue has minimal parking available. Therefore, we ask that you please alert the couple if you plan to drive to the wedding to ensure enough spaces are available and that guests carpool as much as possible.

WHAT TIME IS THE WEDDING CEREMONY, COCKTAIL HOUR, AND RECEPTION?

The wedding ceremony will begin at 4 pm. The ceremony will then transition directly into the cocktail hour and then the reception. The reception will end at 10 pm. All events will be hosted in the same space, so no travel is needed.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

The dress code for our wedding is semi formal/cocktail attire.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

We kindly ask that you put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony so you may be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing all the photos during the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, Yes!! Please take as many photos and videos as you please! And share them with us after ;)

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Yes! There will be an open bar for the cocktail hour and reception. However, please be aware that no alcoholic drinks are allowed outside the venue space per San Diego law. Also, shots of hard liquor is not allowed by the venue company. Thank you for understanding.

WILL THERE BE AN AFTER PARTY?

There will be an after-party following the reception. The location will be given closer to the event date. The after-party will begin at 10:30 pm and end at 1:00 am. We ask you to provide your own transportation if you plan to join.
