To ensure you are part of Kylie & Jamison’s Wedding Group and participate in all group events, please book using the secured group rates. Any third party bookings or direct bookings will not be considered part of the wedding group.

Payment Terms:

$100 deposit refundable with an e-mailed cancellation 7 days prior to October 30th, 2024.

Final balance due October 30th,2024.

The final balance will automatically be drafted to the card on file.

You can make any necessary changes until October 30th, 2024. After this date, all changes are subject to a $75 change fee, all reductions are non-refundable, and name changes will incur a $250 fee, if approved by the resort. Late payments may be charged a $25 penalty for every 10 business days overdue. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any bookings not paid for according to the due dates outlined above.
