Our Wedding

<p>February 17th, 2024, was our first date. Exactly a month later on St. Patrick's Day Walter asked me to be his girlfriend. We knew very early on that this was both our final love story. To be transparent, Walter and I were both jaded from recently broken hearts and were unsure we would be able to mend them. However, through tenderness, kindness, and a profound understanding that we are two individuals with a past-we slowly sewed the stitches for our future. It didn't take long for our woes to disappear, and our love grew deeply through laugher, adventure, and bonding on similar hobbies and interests. Along the way we endured a struggle of both completing our degrees which included many long nights of homework accompanied by frustration and an absence of quality time. On March 6th, 2025, a few months before we graduated, Walter's father Red, unexpectedly passed away. He told us, "If you guys can get through school together, you can get through anything together." Little did we know, we would have to work through his death together. We will forever morn the colorful, incredible father Red was. With that being said, Walter proposed on October 4th, 2025, on the top of Rome, Italy in Villa Borghese Gardens- The Heart of Rome. We are capable of conquering anything life throws at us. There isn't a corner of each other's lives we don't know about, there isn't an inch of each other we don't love. For the rest of our lives, we get to laugh, cry, explore the world, compromise during arguments, butt heads, hug and kiss every single day and we could not be more excited.</p>
