Our wedding will take place on May 17, 2025. The ceremony will begin at 4pm, followed by a cocktail hour. The dinner and reception will begin at 6:30 pm - late night. If you plan to attend both the ceremony and reception, please arrive to be seated by 3:45 pm. All wedding festivities will take place at The Historic Bristol Post Office in Bristol, VA. The address is 202 Piedmont Ave. Bristol, VA 24201. There is on-site parking, plenty of free street parking within walking distance, and handicap parking and accessibility in the front of the building.

No! Everyone is welcome to join us at both the ceremony and reception. However, if you prefer to only attend one or the other, that's fine as well. We are just excited to have you be part of our special day. Please just give us a heads up so we can plan accordingly.

Our wedding attire will be semi-formal, and we request guests do not wear white. We also recommend to wear comfortable shoes for dancing!

If your invitation included a plus one, they are welcome to join! Otherwise, we kindly ask that only those included on the invitation attend.

We are wanting our night to be a fun time to relax and unwind, so we have decided to make our wedding a child-free event. We hope this gives you an opportunity for a fun parents night out! If you are traveling from out of state and are looking for child care during our event, please contact us for recommendations!

We have a limited amount of rooms blocked at The Sessions Hotel in Bristol VA and the Hampton Inn & Suites in Bristol TN. Please see the "travel" page for a list of additional lodging options near our venue.

All wedding festivities will be held indoors!

Yes! We would love to see your shots of our special day. We just ask that you are mindful of our photographer. Our ceremony will be unplugged and we ask for no pictures during this time.

Your presence is enough of a gift so we do not have a formal registry. However, if you'd like, any contribution towards the construction of our future home on our newly purchased property would be greatly appreciated!
