Q + A

How do I book my room?

Our travel agent, Kimberly Koehn at Destination Weddings, has a website with all the information you need to book your room and travel! Please note you have until December 1st to book in our room block. The link is below (when you go to the website, be sure to enter passcode JANEKEV25): https://event.destinationweddings.com/dw/site/main/attend-a-wedding.asp?dw_weddingcode=JANEKEV25&dw_bname=Noelker

When should I get to the resort?

Whenever works best for you. We will have a welcome party at the resort at 6:00 pm on Saturday, April 26th, and the wedding begins at 4:45 pm on Sunday, April 27th. If you'd like to attend both events, we'd recommend arriving on Friday or Saturday early afternoon, and departing Monday or Tuesday. Please note that to book in our room block, you must stay at least 3 nights. If you're unable to stay that long, you can still book through the resort directly. We would love for our guests to extend their stay to enjoy the resort and treat it as their own vacation!

Can I bring my kids? A plus one?

The resort is adults-only, so nobody under the age of 18 is permitted. Due to capacity restraints, please only assume that those listed on your invite are able to attend. If you have any concerns about this, please contact Jane or Kevin.

How do I get to the resort from the airport?

If you book through our travel agent, the price of your room includes roundtrip transportation from the Cancun International Airport to the resort! We would prefer you use this method rather than getting your own Uber or Taxi.

Is the resort all-inclusive?

Yes! The price of your room includes all your food and drink for the duration of your stay. You may want to bring cash for tips along the way, or if you plan on exploring outside of the resort. If you'd like to go on any excursions, the front desk would be happy to recommend some great options!

Should I bring a gift for the bride and groom?

No! Your presence is a present enough, please do not feel obliged to bring a gift.

What does "Beach Formal" mean for the Wedding Day attire?

It will likely be in the 80s in Playa del Carmen, so we want you to feel comfortable! Some ideas include dresses (any length is acceptable), rompers, or pantsuits for the ladies, and slacks with a lightweight button-up for the men (any shirt with a collar is acceptable). No shorts, please! The reception will be partially indoors to eat, and partially outdoors on the rooftop terrace to dance. Wear any shoes that you are comfortable in! We will not actually be on the beach for any of the wedding events.
