Q + A

The invitation says "Formal Attire," does that mean I have to wear an evening gown or a tuxedo?

NO! What we really meant was semi-formal or cocktail attire. Summer dresses, pantsuits, button-ups, & khakis are all appropriate! We apologize for any confusion.

Will there be hotel accommodations?

Unfortunately, because of the time of year our wedding is held, we were unable to block out any affordable hotel rooms for this event. While hotels may have rooms available for the weekend of August 10, 2024, we suggest looking into Air BnB's and other rentals in the Saratoga Springs area as the prices and availability are much more accessible. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

What will be served for the buffet-style dinner?

What is there to do in Saratoga Springs, NY?

There's so much to do around here in the summertime! Visit downtown Saratoga Springs, home to many historical sites and well-reviewed restaurants & boutiques. Broadway, Congress Park, the Canfield Casino, Cafe Lena, the Saratoga Racetrack, the Racino are just a few of the many attractions in this area. We love to visit the local farmers' market every summer weekend at the Saratoga State Park, where the reception venue is located. Additionally, the Park hosts Live Nation and classical music concerts nearly every evening during the summer, so be sure to check out the SPAC Calendar of events at www.spac.org!

Are children allowed?

We have made the decision to include only the children of immediate family members – those of the bride and groom families – at our wedding. While we adore all the children in our lives, we hope you understand that this decision was made with careful consideration to maintain the intimate and serene ambiance we envision for our special day. We appreciate your understanding and support in this matter, and we look forward to celebrating with you!

Is there a wedding registry?

In lieu of a traditional registry, we've decided to forgo specific gifts and instead graciously welcome monetary contributions towards our future together. Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for and any contribution towards our future together would be deeply appreciated. Thank you for understanding and for being a part of our journey.
