We have a room block at this hotel and there will be a shuttle to/from the venue! Check in will at available at 3pm and shuttle will run to the venue at 3:45pm

Shuttles will run back from the venue to the hotel after the reception at 9pm and 10pm

If the room are booked- please reach out to us and we will see if they can add more rooms or suggest other hotels :)
