When is the RSVP Deadline?
Please RSVP by August 10th.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony starts promptly at 3pm. Please arrive no later than 2:45 to give you enough time to park and find your seat. The gate will be locked at the start of the ceremony to limit disruptions.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony is located outside in a pasture, so please wear appropriate shoes. The cocktail hour is outdoors but the reception is indoors.
What is the dress code?
We kindly ask that guests wear their best cocktail attire. Feel free to dress up! The groom and groomsmen will be wearing starched jeans, sport coats, and cowboy hats for your reference. Please refrain from wearing white.
Where is the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception being held?
The ceremony is located on the Cavaletto Dana Ranch, and the cocktail hour and reception are located at Herrera Barn. You will be to park for the ceremony and then drive a half mile down the road for the cocktail hour and reception.
