It all started on a Taco Tuesday—because, really, what better way to meet than over spicy food and good company? Between bites of tacos and daring each other to handle the heat, we quickly realized we had something special. The night continued with a game of pool, where Parker swears he won, but Janelle will tell you otherwise.

Beyond our competitive streak, we had more in common than we expected—both former college athletes with bad knees, a love for music (especially Dermot Kennedy), and an adventurous spirit. Our first getaway took us to Vail and then Georgia, but it was snorkeling in Puerto Rico that truly stole our hearts. There’s nothing we love more than exploring the world together—except maybe a good rodeo.

After two years of laughter, travels, and keeping the pool score unsettled, Parker surprised Janelle on Valentine’s Day with candles, balloons, and flowers—popping the question in the sweetest way. The answer? A very excited YES before Parker could even get down one one knee.

Now, we’ve officially started our life together in Cherry Creek, and we can’t wait to celebrate with all of you. So grab your cowboy boots (skip your cowboy hats, they're on us tonight!), get ready for a night full of love, laughter, and maybe even a ride on the mechanical bull. See y’all there!
