Details to help navigate the wedding day!

Our ceremony will start at 4pm and guests can begin to arrive at the venue at 3:30pm. For guests driving themselves, there is parking available on-site. For those of you utilizing transportation, buses will be departing Embassy Suites at 3:15pm.

For guests arriving Saturday: Check-in at Embassy Suites is at 4pm. While early check in is not guaranteed, the hotel is allowing guests to park on-site before check-in to ride the bus. We recommend downloading the Hilton Honors App for faster and more efficient access to your room.

Transportation will be provided to both the after party and Embassy Suites following the reception. Not able to check-in before the ceremony or wish to change before the after party? No problem! A bus will wait at Embassy Suites for those who want to make a pit stop before providing one final trip to Greene Turtle.
