Our Wedding

The Beginning

Scott and Jara connected online at the end of 2021. They met in person in January 2022 and began officially dating in March. They were drawn to one another by a shared love of God, music, and their families.

The Proposal

On Easter Sunday (Jara's favorite holiday), she and Scott planned to spend the day with his family. Afterward Scott was in his house while Jara waited in the car for him. He called her back to "help" him with something inside. She walked in to find the words "Marry me?" spelled out with tealight candles. And of course, she said "yes."

The Wedding

Scott and Jara are so excited to start their lives together. And they are beyond grateful for all of you who will be there to support them and celebrate their marriage.
