What time is the ceremony? What time is the reception?
The ceremony starts at 3:30 pm
Cocktail hour: 4:00 pm
Dinner & Reception: 5:30 pm
Will the ceremony take place indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be outdoors so we recommend dressing for the weather! It will be followed by a cocktail hour that will have indoor/outdoor seating options. The reception will take place indoors. Everything can be found in one location!
Will transportation be provided? Is there parking onsite?
If you are staying at Laurentian Lodge - everything will take place on site, so there's no need to go anywhere!
If you are coming from out of town, we have a shuttle bus that will be picking up guests starting at the Hampton Inn, Elliot Lake at 2:30 pm, followed by a stop at Dunlop Lake Lodge for 2:50 pm and arriving at Laurentian Lodge for 3:20 pm.
The shuttle bus will return to Laurentian Lodge at 10:30 pm and 1:00 am to bring guests back to their hotels.
If you are driving, there is plenty of parking available across from the reception hall. Please don't drink and drive.
When should I RSVP by?
Please kindly RSVP on our website before August 8, 2025.
Can I bring a guest? Are kids invited?
We are at capacity with our venue which means we are unable to accommodate any additional guests and only those listed on your invitation are invited. If you have any questions, please let us know!
Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Do I need to bring cash?
Please bring cash! The bar is cash only and there is NO ATM on site.
What should I wear?
Attire is semi-formal!
Wear a button-up shirt, a long, flowy dress, or whatever is comfortable for you! Keep in mind that the ceremony will take place outdoors.
Will there be cell reception?
Due to the somewhat remote location, internet and cell service is not available on most of the property at Laurentian Lodge. However, wireless internet service is available in the main lodge and banquet room.
