When should I RSVP by?
We would appreciate if you could RSVP as soon as possible. We would appreciate an RSVP by October 1!
What food will be served?
We have opted for grilled chicken, mashed potatoes, rolls, and a house salad with ranch dressing to be catered and served buffet-style. We will also have an assortment of seasonal pies, and, of course, wedding cake!
What should I wear?
We have set our attire as semiformal. This site may help guide and inspire your outfit. Our color palette will be traditional fall colors (i.e. burnt orange, mustard, red, burgundy, etc.).

Also, we want all of our guests to feel comfortable and stay warm, as this time of year begins to get chilly in the evenings. We will have a basket of blankets for guests if needing some extra warmth. Be careful wearing stilettos since the ceremony and reception will be held on on grassy areas (skinny heels might sink into the dirt). Of course, we kindly ask that you do not wear a primarily white/cream/ivory outfit in consideration of our wedding.
Do I need to bring a present or purchase from the registry?
No. We are not expecting gifts or presents, but we have added a registry if you would like to get us something. We appreciate your generosity, and look forward to you all sharing our big day with us the most!
Is there a bridal party (bridesmaids/groomens/etc)?
When we thought about our wedding, we considered many factors and carefully discussed the option of having a bridal party. Following this, we decided to opt out of this wedding tradition so that we can keep our big day focused on each other and present during our ceremony. Many of our closest friends and family live in different parts of the country, which would require more coordination and resources than we can give at this point in our journey. We are looking forward to having a fun, relaxed day with each of our guests. We want to show sensitivity that some may not agree with our decision to not have a bridal party, and we feel that this decision will enable us to display our appreciation for each of you that have made a special impact on our lives.
Will there be alcohol served?
There will not be alcohol during the ceremony or reception, and we kindly ask that you do not bring your own. There will be children in attendance and we would like our day to be a family friendly event. We will have plenty of other beverages for you to enjoy throughout the day like sweet & unsweetened tea, lemonade, water, and soda. We appreciate your understanding with this.
Who do I text pictures/videos from the day?
We created a google drive folder where anyone with the link can edit/upload pictures or videos. We will have the QR code printed out at the wedding to scan, but this is the link in case you missed it!
