Jasha and Joya met at Camp Creek Village by Rocklyn Homes on August 30, 2020. Joya was showing her client a home and Jasha was the sales agent. They worked professionally through the transaction, and one day after the home inspection Jasha invited Joya out for a smoothie from Smoothie King for breakfast.

That brief 1 hour casual breakfast date was all it took to spark the attraction between them and their love story began!!

After the home was sold, they kept in touch, casually texting and liking each others pictures on social media for 6 months before their first official date on March 27, 2021. They fell in love very quickly!!! Jasha asked Joya to be his girlfriend on May 9, 2021 and they began building a beautiful relationship 💕

After 1 1/2 years of dating Jasha and Joya were traveling in Dubai when a casting director reached out and invited them to audition for the Hit Television Show "Put a Ring 💍 On It!" on the Own Network. They were selected as a couple to be featured on the show and meet with a relationship coach to decide if they were ready for marriage.

During the show they dated other people and quickly realized they found the perfect love match with one another ❤️

Jasha proposed to Joya 💍 on November 21, 2022, but their proposal was not officially announced until the show aired on May 19, 2023.

The couple both share a love for traveling and have traveled to Dubai, Amsterdam, Thailand, and Mexico together. Their love for travel was their inspiration to have a destination wedding and invite all of their friends and family to celebrate their union in Cancun, Mexico 🌴☀️
