I actually met Matthew, the groom, before Jasmin. We grew up next to each other since we were babies and we were childhood best friends. He’s always been another brother to me and a great friend. In high school, I played basketball with Jasmin and we had homeroom together. I remember one day seeing Matthew come into our homeroom and sit right next to Jasmin. I think he said he was “getting help with his Spanish homework.” Then the next day he was there, and the next, and the next. I knew then that Matthew was head over heels. I’m pretty sure everyone did, even Jasmin. It was also in that homeroom where he first asked her out. It was carefully planned, a little goofy maybe but also very thoughtful in classic Matthew fashion. I remember first thinking that this girl is too smart for this goofy boy, but the truth is they make the perfect pair. Jasmin allows Matthew to be himself and he treats her like the queen she is. She’s always been kind and welcoming. In basketball, she was a hard worker and a great team player, which are all quite essential qualities of a being a Wampler. That’s why it’s been a joy seeing Jasmin join the Wampler family and in turn my family too. She fits in like a glove and I can’t wait to continue to see their life together unfold.

Jasmin and I were destined to cross paths—after all, the world clearly needed two of us. We grew up in the same town but on opposite sides of the rivalry, competing in sports and meeting through the pre-collegiate programs. Even when I eventually joined her school and team, we didn’t instantly become close. Maybe we were still trying to figure out if two Jasmins in one friendship was a blessing or a recipe for chaos. Turns out, it was both. In college, we finally clicked, realizing we had way more in common than just our name. Since then, we’ve been inseparable—sharing memories, surviving life’s ups and downs, and proving that two Jasmins really are better than one. One of the most special things I’ve witnessed is her love story with Mathew. They’ve been together since high school, and I’ve had the privilege of watching their relationship grow over the years. From young love to the incredible partnership they have today, their journey has been so beautiful to see. I couldn’t be happier to celebrate this next chapter with them

I’ve known Jasmin for at least 14 years, what really sparked our friendship was her breaking her leg durning an 8th grade basketball tournament. We have been best friends ever since. We’ve shared countless memories together, whether it’s nightly sleepovers, full moon bike rides or college visits. Being neighbors, sleepovers on the trampoline, and our mutual love of all things paranormal, through all of it, I’ve come to admire her kindness, sense of humor, dedication and the way she’s able to care about others so deeply. Jasmin is the best friend I have ever known. I am so grateful to have been so loved by her and her family for this long. Just as long I’ve known Jas, I have also had the pleasure of knowing Matthew. I’ve been there through the entirety of their relationship (third wheeling usually lol) it’s been the most beautiful thing to watch. Everyone should get to experience a love like theirs. Matthew, you have been taking care of my Jas so incredibly well, I am so grateful to you. I am over the moon to be able to continue to watch your love grow and blossom, till death do you part! Over the years, our bond has only grown stronger, and I feel so lucky to be here today to celebrate such an important moment in her life. I love you forever and always Jassy J!

I met Wampy (Ryan) back in 2016 through our fraternity, and from day one, he stood out—genuine, kind, and always looking out for others. Then I met Jasmin, basically his female counterpart laid-back, fun, can sang sang, and just as real. What I love about them is that they’ve never cared about the “where” or the “what” more so, just the time spent. Whether we were hitting brunch in Denver, hanging at country jam, helping friends move, or floating at Snooks Bottom, it was always about the moments shared. That’s the kind of energy I cherish in my friends. When they care just as much as I do. Friends for life.

I met Wampy, also known as Matthew, during our freshman year of college when he was rushing the fraternity. From the very beginning, I knew there was something special about him. Over the years, he’s grown to become one of my best friends and truly the best grand little a big brother in the fraternity could ask for. Some of my favorite memories are from those days hanging out after chapter meetings, catching up, and sharing stories. Then, a year later, I met Jasmin. I really got to know both of them even more when they helped me move houses. And of course, who could forget Marty and the Mormons? I’ll always cherish our times spent fishing, battling it out in Wii bowling, and celebrating with green beer. The bond we’ve built means the world to me. But what’s even more incredible is the love you two share. It’s extraordinary, and I’m so grateful to have witnessed it grow over the years. I’m lucky to call you both my friends, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for you together.

Matthew and I met when we were 12. He was actually friends with my brother at first, but somehow we ended up spending more and more time together soon enough, we were inseparable. Summers were our season. We’d spend almost every day together, boogie boarding at the wave in Glenwood, exploring around Blue Lake, building forts at the water tower, and later wandering through Carbondale, getting into the most ridiculous mischief you could come up with. When Matthew first started dating Jasmin, I was annoyed—I didn’t see him as much as I wanted to. But that summer, we all worked at the pool, and I started to understand why he wanted to spend so much time with her. Soon after, the three of us became thick as thieves. Jasmin started joining in on all our mischief, but with an added bit of wisdom that usually helped keep us out of trouble or jail. We went on a spring break trip to Lake Powell together, and that’s when our bond really solidified. It felt like the three of us could take on anything. Even after I moved to Australia, nothing changed between us. Every time we see each other, it’s like no time has passed. We pick up right where we left off as if we were still those kids withought a care in the world. As we got older, the friendship deepened. It wasn’t just about having fun anymore. We were there for each other through the tough times too always showing up, always having each other’s backs. I’m so deeply happy that their relationship continues and we will all get to be a part of this special day for them.
