Due to space constraints, we are unable to accommodate children at our wedding. Our wedding day will be adults-only and we appreciate your understanding. However, kids are welcome to attend the Welcome Party on Friday, September 5th.

We have a block at Best Western Plus Truckee Tahoe. These rooms are reserved for you to book for 9/5 and 9/6. Northstar is 15 minutes away and Kings Beach is 30 minutes away from Schaffer's Mill.

Our wedding will be a mountain formal affair. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit and tie, while ladies can opt for a floor-length dress or formal cocktail dress. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!

It will be mid-high 70s during the day and get a bit cooler in the evening. The wedding will be fully outside, so bring a light jacket or join the dance floor to stay warm. We recommend checking the weather before packing.

Unfortunately there is a limit on the guests we can invite and cannot accommodate a plus one for everyone. If you are a special case where we have allowed you a plus one, we have listed her/his name or "Plus One" on your RSVP profile. If you feel we left out someone important, let us know, but understand that our limitations may mean our hands are tied.

Yes, there is plenty of parking at Schaffer's Mill. Turn left at the tennis courts and park at the top.

Can I take pictures? We have paid for two professional photographers to capture how the ceremony looks, we have invited you so you may capture how the ceremony feels. We ask you turn off your electronics during our ceremony to ensure you are in the moment and not in the way of our photographers.
