The Chandoo Fernandez Wedding room block consists of King Studio Suites for arrivals on Thursday, November 16, 2023 and Friday, November 17, 2023.

Check in time is at 3PM or after on either day. Unfortunately, no early check ins are available. If you need an earlier arrival, we recommend reserving your room for the day prior.


Last day to secure reservations as part of the Chandoo Fernandez Wedding room block will be October 16, 2023. Cancellation is 72 hours prior to the arrival date. Please reserve early to ensure you are booked into the group block at the group rate.


After October 16, 2023, reservations will be subject to availability and at the best available rate at that time.


Please note: If you make a reservation for a check in on Thursday, the rate for a King Studio Suite is $159.00. The rate will be adjusted by the hotel to reflect the proper rate during your check-in at the hotel.
