Stop by the Viceroy Lobby to say hello and pick up your welcome bag! If you’re checking in later, just let us know—we’ll be happy to have the front desk hold your bag until you arrive.

Please join us for a family-style dinner Monday, September 1st at Venga Venga in Snowmass Village. Transportation from Viceroy will be provided.

Join us at the Viceroy Snowmass Ballroom Terrace for the wedding ceremony from 4:00 - 4:30 PM followed by cocktail hour from 4:30 - 6:00 PM in the Viceroy Snowmass Salon 1/Ballroom. Note: This is an outdoor ceremony, weather permitting. In the case of inclement weather, we will host the ceremony in the Grand Ballroom. Dinner will be served at approximately 6:00 PM with fun and dancing to follow!

Stick around after the send-off for late-night dancing and fun! No kids please.

We have reserved Vistas 1 & 2 at Viceroy, Snowmass for a casual farewell brunch. Please note: This is a no-host gathering—guests will cover their own bill.
