For the most convenient option, we would recommend staying at The Coeur d'Alene Resort as it is the closest to the venue and in the downtown area where there is plenty to do. The venue is the Hagadone Event Center, which is located at The Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course. Please note that The Coeur d'Alene Resort and The Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course are not walking distance from each other but are a few minutes away from each other by car. The Best Western Plus Coeur d'Alene Inn is another good option which is a ten minute drive from the venue. There are room blocks booked for both hotels. If you are traveling in a large group, then we would recommend renting an AirBnb or Vrbo, but just be sure to book your lodging soon as the area does tend to book up fast.

We highly recommend paying close attention to the location of your AirBnb or Vrbo before booking. The lake is very big and some properties can be as far as an hour away from the venue. The venue is the Hagadone Event Center, which is located on The Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course. This is on the north shore of the lake. Pay close attention to the listing descriptions and be sure to map properties to the venue to clarify how far away they are. If you want to be closer to things to do, then we would recommend booking a property in the downtown area. If you are looking to relax and take in all the beauty the lake has to offer, then we recommend finding a place on or near the water.

Unfortunately due to guests staying all over Coeur d'Alene, we will not be providing transportation. Ubers and Lyfts are available in the area, but they typically do not travel far out of the downtown area into more remote areas on the lake. They also usually do not run during the later hours of the night.

The nearest airport is the Spokane International Airport which is located about 40 minutes from the venue and downtown Coeur d'Alene area.

The dress code is semi-formal.

Unfortunately we are given a specific amount of people who are allowed to be at the venue and we cannot exceed that number. When you RSVP, you will see who is invited from your party. If you think we may have forgotten to add someone, please reach out to the bride or groom.

We thought you would like the night off, so we are having an adults-only wedding aside from any kids related to the bride or groom.
