Desmond and I both attended Marion Franklin High School in 2007. It was my first year after transferring from another high school. Our very first encounter was walking through the halls and his exact words to me were “What’s Up Freshman” and my response was “I’m not a freshman, I’m a sophomore” and I walked away! From there, I would walk pass his art class at the end of the day and he would always make jokes to make me laugh. When he graduated, I reached out to him on Facebook and asked for an invite to his graduation party and from there we kicked it off and here we are almost 14 years later, after first meeting. I guess you can say I made the first move!
