Per your detail sheet, we will have a Welcome Event the day before. Here we will be having drinks and desserts ready for you! At the event, we will be giving out drink tickets for our guests and then after tickets the bar will be open for purchase. Please enjoy a yummy dinner before/after at the many places surrounding us.

We ask everyone to dress in a cute casual outfit. Ex: floral summer dress, linen shirts, black/khaki shorts or pants, jackets (optional) It will be hot so please consider this in your choices. Please avoid swimsuits and the color white Total time on the beach will be ~ 1 hour

Our coordinator has requested everyone to arrive and be seated by 4:15 PM.

Ceremony Parking: Large lot with plenty of space cost $5 Reception Parking: Large Marina lot with plenty of space $1 - $3/hour would suggest to book 4-5 hours when there. You can receive a daily amount code from the Calypso boat check in spot.

We have a shuttle from the hotel to the ceremony for guest staying at the Residence Inn Hotel. You will be contacted by the bride and groom about what time we have you booked for and if you would like to accept or find another transportation. The Shuttle will bring from the hotel to the ceremony location and then from the ceremony location to the reception location.

The shuttle will not be available after the reception when the boats return. For those able the marina is in walking distance from the Residence Inn hotel. ~ 7 minute walk Uber, Lyft will be available in the area as well

For the reception, there will be endless wine, beer, and rum punch! The bar will also be open for purchase of drinks outside of the included mentioned above.

We do not have a scheduled event Sunday after the wedding, so guest may get home and travel back safely without restriction. Sunday morning, the Bride and Groom will be at the breakfast at the Residence Inn Hotel to say goodbyes and give hugs if you would like. Following will be a beach day! If you are staying longer we would love to see you please let us know.
