When starting on this journey, Dan and Jasmine had discussed a few different visions they had for their wedding but one thing they knew for sure is that they wanted to have Jasmine’s brother Barry officiate. Jasmine has been extremely lucky that her and Barry were able to grow up so close to one another. Very few people get to be so lucky that their life long best friend is also their sibling. Jasmine has always been able to count on Barry for everything and anything, he has helped to see her through all parts of her life. Barry deserved a very special spot in this very special day. Dan and Jasmine believe that he will be able to create the perfect ceremony that will meld the two ‘s wants and needs and is very meaningful.

A few times in a lifetime a person may be lucky enough to find friends that they can see spending their whole lives with. Blythe and Jasmine met through a mutual friend (Phillip actually!). Growing up in the area, Jasmine had an amazing set of friends that she was able to introduce to Dan , but Blythe and Ted were the first couple that Dan and Jasmine were able to get to know together. Throughout the last few years, Dan, Jasmine, Blythe and Ted have become close. The two couples share a variety of interests and Dan and Jasmine have been able to connect to Ted and Blythe individually and as a couple. They have made incredible memories from crazy cold camping trips that turn into hotel stays in Birmingham to exploits in the virtual reality world. Outside of their mutual friendship, Blythe and Jasmine have been able to connect in meaningful ways. In Blythe, Jasmine has found someone who will support her in all things and also tell it to her straight. Blythe is someone who pushes Jasmine to reach her potential, be a better person and reminds her constantly what it means to be open to the world around her. Blythe is such an amazingly kind, supportive and talented friend who has allowed Jasmine to grow and expand her horizons. She is able to help ease Jasmine's anxiety when trying new things and always provides a listening ear. An unending source of encouragement and support, Blythe has shown Jasmine that true friends are there through all aspects of life and encourage us to be the best versions of ourselves.

The story of their first interaction is one of Jasmine's favorite. The two of them met at one of Phillip's house parties. Phil was very interested in Molly and Jasmine knew she had to check to see what this girl was all about. Jasmine, Blythe, Molly, and another of Jasmine's friends at the time ended up playing a game of beer pong together. Throughout the whole game, no matter what happened, Jasmine continually cheered Blythe and Molly on even though they were on the opposite team. Much later on Molly and Blythe, told Jasmine that they thought there was no way that Jasmine could be that nice and she had to be doing what she was doing out of spite. As Molly tells it, Jasmine turned out to be just genuinely that nice. Every time Jasmine hears Molly tell it, she smiles and thinks how lucky she is to have Molly in her life. Molly is so full of life and joy, and her demeanor is infectious. Jasmine was ecstatic when she found out that Phil and Molly started dating, and even more excited when she found out that Phil wanted to ask Molly to marry him. Jasmine has always thought Molly is just so adorable and sweet, but loved when she got to know Molly on a deeper level. The first time Jasmine saw some of Molly's incredible talent and humor was the first time she and Molly played the game Werewolf together. Although Molly acted so very innocent, she turned out to be one of the villains in the game much to Jasmine's surprise. Her tact and cunning was impressive to say the least. Through out the years, Molly and Jasmine have been able to foster a friendship built on mutual love and trust. Molly is one of the most supportive people Jasmine has ever met and is wise beyond her years. Her advice, love and kindness has helped Jasmine see some of the best parts of herself, even in Jasmine's darkest of times. They have been able to connect through so many different parts of their lives and Jasmine is looking forward to many more years being able to continue to make memories.

When dreaming of a sister-in-law, Jasmine had no idea she would be blessed with someone who is as loving, caring and special as Keilani. Jasmine and her brother Barry met his now wife, Keilani, in the University of West Florida’s Honors program. The Honors program had a way of bringing like-minded people together and this relationship was no exception. They all became fast friends and ended up living together in the same apartment for a year or so. The trio have had so many amazing adventures together. From late night board games to carefully planned out themed parties and several memorable road trips, Keilani and Jasmine have been able to build a strong and lasting relationship. In Keilani, Jasmine’s brother Barry found everything Jasmine hoped he’d find in a life partner. In Keilani, Jasmine has found a kindred spirit that has proven to truly be the sister Jasmine never had.

Jasmine met Rebecca during her time at the University of West Florida. During the start of their relationship, Rebecca was at the junction of two important parts of Jasmine’s life. Becca knew many of Jasmine’s friends from the UWF honors program and she also played ultimate frisbee with Jasmine. Growing up, Jasmine enjoyed team sports, but due to a traumatic concussion was nervous to play any more contact sports. One of their mutual friends encouraged Jasmine to come out and play ultimate and what finally got her to say yes is that he told Jasmine that Becca played. From there, their friendship only grew stronger and throughout the years, Jasmine has always been able to count on Becca. Becca is a steadfast, level-headed person who does her absolute most to bring the people around her smiles and laughter. Through tournaments, parties, and board games Becca and Jasmine had so many common interests, it was easy for Jasmine to grow close to her. One of their favorite spots early in their friendship was Rosie O'Grady's piano bar. Their group of friends from ultimate used to go to drink and belt out whatever was being played on the piano at the time. After enough drinks, every song became Becca's favorite song and her enthusiasm was contagious. As a very talented hair stylist, Becca finally convinced Jasmine to have her first real hair cut at a salon. She took Jasmine's every worry into account and made the experience just so amazing and memorable. In all aspects of their friendship, Becca has always provided a constant source of reassurance and support. No matter the length of time it has been since they have seen each other, it always seems like no time has past.

Phillip and Jasmine have been friends since their freshman year of college. Their friendship started in the University of West Florida's Honors dorm, Pace hall. Along with several other people that started in the honors program together, the antics and conversations that took place in those dorms really provided a solid foundation for their long lasting friendship. There was so much truth in the saying "Pace was the place." Phillip has been through so many phases of her life and seen her change and grow. Throughout that time, Phil has always been there for Jasmine and is one of the people she trusts to support her. The two have always shared many interests and often played board games, watched movies and killed it at trivia together. The summer before Jasmine met Dan, Phil and Jasmine both went through some very tough breakups with people they had been dating for a long time. The two of them, along with their friend Brean, decided to be each other's wing men/wing woman. They went to different parties, bars (including the piano bar) and even though it wasn't until later they found the loves of their lives, they were able to strengthen their relationship further. As the years have progressed, Phil has introduced Jasmine to the world of online gaming, helped her move twice, played too many board games to count with her, gone on several out of town trips, and introduced her to some amazing people that would become some of her best friends later on. Phillip is an amazingly kind and caring person who has shown Jasmine the friendship, kindness and love during some of the times she needed it most. His friendship has become a constant part of Jasmine's life and she wouldn't want it any other way.

One of Dan's best friends he has made since moving to Florida. They've gone on camping trips, D&D games, bro weekends to music festivals, board game nights, helped each other through the after math of a hurricane, Halo campaigns, built Dan and Jaz a custom gaming table , spur of the moment Dave and Buster's trips and "saw" The Dropkick Murphys live.

Daniel's oldest brother. He is the one that convinced him to move to the south to be his roommate. So you could say he was the original catalyst for Dan and Jasmine falling in love. Brad and Dan have been roommates several times after moving out of their parent's house. Those two were always getting into many larks and antics like making apple cider with a power drill and car jack, Batmaning a drunk man trying to pick a fight, building an indoor mini golf course in an abandoned building, fighting ratzilla, and cofounding "The Birthday Boyz".

One of Dan's oldest friends they met in high school. Dan's first words to him were at lunch while Sheldon was sitting alone. Having moved and changed schools before Dan thought he'd say hi. "Hi I'm Dan we had a class together earlier." Sheldon replied with a scowl and silence. But Dan knew there was a good friend in there. Fast forward and they would be best buds playing frisbee golf and the resistance , Eating steak and eggs, debating the color burgundy, and best man at Sheldon's wedding.

Nate always like to say that he and Dan had similar stories. When they first met in the local comic shop playing board games and super smash brothers they found an instant kinship. They both had just moved back from Quincy IL due to bad romances and we ready for a bromance. Nate hooked him up with an apartment next to his and the rest is history. Game nights, cat sitting, homemade indoor golf courses, exploring old abandoned buildings, crawling through the ceiling (only making a couple holes) and a groomsman at Nate and Beth's wedding.

Dan's s̶t̶e̶p̶ Brother they have gotten up to plenty of brotherly escapades. Shared a room when their parents moved in together, stayed up countless hours playing video games and trying not to get caught, air soft battles, been chased by a man on a motorcycle, tossed Jello shots on river floats, shooting guns in the back yard, tandem canon balls to splash unsuspecting victims , and game nights at our old folks house.

Dan's niece from his sister's side. She's a Minecraft wizard, Lego building genius, board game playing machine. Her years of Pokémon training have made her a master in the art of Pokéball slinging which should make tossing some puny flowers a piece of cake.

Bea is Auntie J's favorite little bundle of joy to grace the face of this planet. Beatrice is Jasmine's brother Barry's daughter. She is such a vivacious, independent, brilliant and absolutely adorable little girl. Honestly, anyone who sees her falls in love instantly. Auntie J can't wait to have this little girl be part of her special day!
