It all started with a rain delay…

I was a hostess at one of Yankee Stadium's restaurants, while Ray was a supervisor just downstairs. It seemed as though everyone around us knew of the interest we had in one another, except us. We probably went a whole baseball season without saying a word to each other, until THE day it started to rain. The season was almost over, but fate had another plan in store. The game ended up getting cancelled, resulting in a hangout at a bar nearby to celebrate the unexpected day off.

It took a little time for Ray to approach me, since both of my parents were technically our coworkers and were also present. Well, since I noticed there weren't any moves being made on his part, I acted on confidence and sparked an interesting conversation starting with, "Would you like a fireball shot?". The rest was history...

From the Bronx to Weehawken, we have fallen more in love with each other through every step of the way. Over the years, we've settled into our careers, bought a home together, travelled, and have many great memories with friends and family. We can't wait to have all of you there to witness the next chapter of our lives and add to the beautiful memories we've created together.
