We would love to keep our wedding an intimate event with close friends and family. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you bring an extra guest that is not on your invitation, you and that person will be asked to leave the property.

Guests can begin to arrive between 3:00 and 3:15. Guests need to arrive and be seated at 3:40. No exceptions

The attire is summertime fine!! We are requesting that all our guests wear their best summertime outfits. Please avoid jeans and shorts. We'd love to see our family and friends DRESSED up with us. If possible wear your best oranges, yellows,peaches, light nudes and blush.

Yes, there is parking on the premises. It is free self-parking. If you have medical issues, let us know so we can make accommodations.

We love the little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adult-only day. Please use this day as a relaxation day away from kids.

Yes! We have allocated a certain amount of money for the bar. Once that amount has been exceeded, it will turn into a cash bar.

We will be supplying alcohol and have bartending services that will be handling the beverages. Due to strict venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages inside the building. Guest who violate this rule will be charged with a $5000 fine by the property manager.

Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors. During cocktail hour, guest will have the choice of staying inside or participating in outdoor activities.

RSVPs are due on January 15th latest 11:59 pm CST. In addition to RSVP please indicate if you will need a hotel so we can block out the appropriate amount of rooms to accommodate everyone.

If we do not have a response by January 15th at 11:59 p.m. We will mark you down as not attending, you will be greatly missed.
