The couple first met at the high school prom of a mutual friend. Once Jasmine (16) and Rodolfo (17) met, they would then become friends, and find common interests in Football, Music, Movies, and Food. After (4) years of friendship, they finally decided to start dating and they never looked back! Today their love and commitment are strengthened by their Catholic faith and relentless efforts to support each other's career and personal growth. After (12) long years, they have finally decided to bind their souls and unify their families in holy matrimony.

How We Met

Rudy decided to take it back to where they first had met. New Jersey! Surrounded by family, friends, and Faith! Leading up to the proposal, in an unorthodox fashion, Rudy decided to take Jazz engagement ring shopping to get a sense of what her interests were. Ultimately, he ended up deciding to pick a designer engagement ring from the designer but slightly modified it. He would replace two pear-shaped diamonds on the sides of the main stone with two pear-shaped Sapphire stones. When he knew this was the ring for his beloved, he kindly asked her to go to the car while he stayed inside to pay. However, to ensure Jazz would not know about the purchase, Rudy told Jazz that he was unable to buy the ring, but would not give specifics about why. He sold this even more by bringing himself to tears in the car and constantly apologizing to Jazz. Later that week, Rudy returned to the jewelry store to get the engagement ring and kept it hidden in his office for just about (1) month. Every day he would watch as Jazz would scour the internet for different engagement rings and styles. Day after day Rudy would open that engagement box waiting for the day that he would finally propose. Finally, after several weeks Rudy and Jazz traveled to New Jersey for the confirmation of (5) of her younger siblings at St. Matthew The Apostle Church in Edison, New Jersey. This would be the perfect place! Surrounded by friends, family, and the Lord. Rudy made a few attempts to gather everyone in the church, but could not find the right timing. As everyone exited the church and began to scatter to their cars, Rudy knew he would not get another chance to propose at the church. Thinking on his feet, he quickly grabbed Jazz's mom and whispered in her ear, "I am trying to propose to your daughter, but I need all the kids to get together." Her response was, "Right now, Right now?!". She loudly yelled for all her kids to get together for one last group photo. As the family gathered, Rudy grabbed Jazz's hand and told the family, "Something is missing". He pulled out the engagement box, got on one knee, and said, "I promise to love you the way Jesus loved the church. Will you Marry me?" The rest is history!

The Proposal

Our Story

If you ask Rudy: Rudy became enthralled by Jazz's beauty and intelligence from the moment he first saw her. Whether it was the hundreds of texts either by phone or online, he could not get enough of Jazz. From the moment they met, he knew that Jazz would be in his life for years to come. He looks at every day as a blessing with Jazz, whether it's walking through the city, watching football games, or taking midnight drives just to talk. He thanks God every day for the blessing of having Jazz, his best friend, and True Love. It is because of her that he works every day to be a God-fearing man. She is truly the love of his life and his future wife! If you ask Jazz: Jazz knew that Rudy would be a special person in her life from the moment they met, but was unsure how or in what way. Rudy ended up meeting her mutual interests in faith, football, intellect, music, education, food, travel, and eventually, in love. Their commitment to each other is based on and deepened in their foundation of friendship, love, trust, and faith. Jazz counts Rudy as a blessing and a true partner in every aspect of her life. Jazz considers herself uniquely blessed by God to have found her true love in her best friend.

The youngest sister with the loudest personality! Maggy is always down for a good time and often-times is the life of the party. A passionate person who always brings the best energy

Bobby and the groom have been brothers since their teenage years. His charismatic nature and strong devotion to his family are prime examples of what it means to be an amazing father. He has truly served as an impactful individual to both the bride and groom on how to represent the true meaning of the word family.

Tampa International Airport (TPA)

If flying in, we suggest flying into Tampa International Airport (TPA). The travel time from the airport to the reception venue area is approximately (9) minutes. Rental car services and Uber/Lyft pick-up locations are available directly upon arriving at the main terminal.

Church Travel Accommodations

The bride and groom have taken the liberty to charter a (56) passenger coach bus from The CURRENT Hotel to the Church (Sacred Heart Catholic Church) and back. The bus will pick up passengers to be taken to the church at&nbsp;12:45 PM&nbsp;and again at&nbsp;1:15 PM. Once the ceremony has concluded, the bus will take passengers back to The CURRENT Hotel and return to the Church for the remaining passengers. The approximate departing times from the church are&nbsp;3:30 PM&nbsp;and&nbsp;4:00 PM.
