IS THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION AT THE SAME LOCATION?
Yes! Everything is in the same location. Weather pending the ceremony will take place outside at our venue and then move inside for the cocktail hour and reception. You are more than welcome to park at the venue and leave your car overnight if needed, however, they need to be picked up by 8:30 am the next morning due to a wedding taking place the day after ours. Our hotel block is about a 10 minute drive from our venue. Please plan accordingly to ensure you have a safe way to wherever you are staying at the end of the night.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
We’d love to see all of our family and friends get dressed up with us for our big day! Semi formal or formal attire is preferred - black tie optional.
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
While we would love to provide everyone with a plus one we are only able to accommodate plus ones if they are listed on your invitation. All invited guests will be listed when you type in your name to RSVP and you will be able to accept or decline the invite for yourself and your plus one. We thank you for being understanding.
CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?
While we love all your little ones, this will be an adults only celebration. The only exceptions we are able to make are those in our wedding party. We would love for you to take this as an opportunity to relax and enjoy yourselves with us! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so that you can celebrate with us!
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Guests may start to arrive at Sun Valley at 4:20 pm. We ask that you are seated no later than 4:50 so that our ceremony can start promptly at 5:00 pm, leaving more time for us to celebrate with you all! Cocktail hour and reception to follow after the ceremony.
When do I need to RSVP by?
We are on a tight schedule with our vendors and would greatly appreciate an RSVP by September 1st! If you are having any issues with this please reach out to Jasmine at (330)-760-0953 and we can respond for you accordingly!
