Jasmine and Liat met on the very first day of freshmen year at UF. They clicked from the start and have been there for each other’s highs and lows. They have supported each other through their careers and family additions (shout out to Elli and Cyrus). Liat’s unwavering support and loyalty make her truly special.

Jasmine and Morgan have been friends since the fourth grade. They have gone from teenagers attending Lely High School to “Beat the Clock” at Grog House every Friday night in Gainesville. Even with moving to different cities over the years they have made sure to remain close. The memories they share are unforgettable. Morgan is and will remain a lifetime friend.

Jasmine met Bonit during orientation of medical school when she explained to Jasmine that “Jasmine” was her alter ego used at coffee shops. Bonit lived downstairs from Jasmine for the first half of med school and the two would spend hours talking and goofing around when they weren’t at the library studying. They are guaranteed to have fun when they’re together.

Jasmine and Alexis became friends in medical school, and grew closer after always attending lectures in person during second year. Alexis’s energy and spontaneity are contagious. Her positive demeanor was especially vital during COVID when her and Jasmine would take long walks and have wine nights to pass the time during quarantine.

Jasmine and Gayoung met through Morgan at UF. The group’s friendship was effortless and made the college years that much more special. Gayoung and Jasmine both enjoy being active and would go to the gym and workout classes on campus together. Gayoung makes staying in touch easy and always makes sure to be there whether it’s a phone call or a special event.

Jasmine and Chrissy became friends during medical school with their friendship starting by calling each other “Sister”. They kept each other sane (most of the time) during study sessions. Both of them would often get restless (and bored), so would always be down for a study spot switch up. From medical school to now, people still mistake them for sisters.

Maris and Jasmine have been friends since high school and were able to get to know each other better while playing on the basketball team. They had some of the best times when dress shopping for Homecoming and going on stage to perform Spice Girls’ “Wannabe” at their high school talent show. Over the years they have bonded over their shared military experience and get together as often as possible during trips home to Naples.

As Tim’s younger brother, Tim likes to say him and James first met in May 1993. They grew up as only two brothers close in age can, with their mom saying people would often mistake them for twins. Tim remembers sharing birthdays with James, playing ding dong ditch, and splitting Oreos with milk as roommates at Ohio State University.

Tim has gotten to know his future brother-in-law over time since first meeting a couple of years ago at The Vecchio Thanksgiving. Over the years they have discovered that they share many common interests such as a military background, investments and the financial market, and playing Catan.

Tim first met Jasmine’s youngest brother, Donte, shortly after him and Jasmine started dating in 2020. Over the years they have spent more time together from hanging out in Nashville to Tim buying Donte one of his first legal beers after he turned 21.

Jordan is a friend of Tim’s he met while working at VRC-40 command in Norfolk. Since 2019 some of their most memorable moments include Jordan cutting Tim’s underwear to show some more “leg” in a Halloween costume, singing Lizzo’s Truth Hurts every weekend, Jordan helping Tim after his motorcycle accident, and being there for the gender reveal of baby Cyrus.

Tim and Steven met while working at VRC-40 command in Norfolk. Steven would always “spark” up moments, from riding motorcycles together to working as bouncers at Lunasea in Virginia Beach. Although Steven moved to Texas, Tim remains only a phone call away for all of Steven’s electrical needs.

Tim became friends with Aaron while working at his current command, HSC-28. They became close during a detachment that involved working with the Space Force and NASA. Their friendship quickly went from bonding over beers and writing daily status reports to now secretly pranking each other at work on a daily basis.

Andy was originally a friend of Jasmine's that she introduced to Tim when they first started dating in 2020. The two guys hit it off immediately and Andy was always down to join in for happy hour margaritas or holiday dinners. Now him and Tim share even more in common as Andy lives in Cleveland, Ohio not far from where Tim grew up.
