Jason proposed on October 7, 2023 in Las Vegas.

We went for Jason's birthday and while we planned a romantic dinner at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant in the Paris Hotel, Sara didn't expect it at all!

The ring is an emerald with diamonds flanking it on a gold band.

It originally belonged to Helen Marie Dolton, Sara's relative who meant so much to her. Helen Marie gave her blessing for the ring to be used as an engagement ring.
