We kindly ask that you book your room using our booking link by March 14, 2025. There is a 72 hour cancellation policy on rooms. Please book your room(s) early if you wish to use our block as the link may expire prior to March 14, 2025 if the hotel reaches capacity. Please let us know if you would like to book any additional nights outside of our block so that we can let the hotel know :)


The booking link is for Wednesday, May 14 - Saturday, May 17, however, just select the dates you wish to stay at the hotel. You do NOT have to stay in our block Wednesday - Saturday!


There are multiple hotels and airbnbs in the area, however, we do not have any arrangements with them. Reach out to us if you have any questions!


Our venue is only 13 minutes away from the hotel block. Uber/Lyft is available in the area if you do not wish to drive! The venue does allow cars to stay in their lot overnight, however, car needs to be picked up by 12 PM the next day!
