Jason and Elizabeth are high school sweethearts. They went to the same middle school but never really knew each other. A few years later they connected over MySpace and the rest was history! They began dating in October of 2005 and immediately fell for each other. They went to all the high school dances and went on dates to the movies (even though the had to be dropped off by their parents in the beginning); Jason even taught Elizabeth how to drive! Their bond grew each year as the supported each other through high school, college, and into their first jobs. They will have been dating for 12 years by their wedding day! They were the couple that was constantly asked, "So when are you guys getting married?!"

On the weekend of Jason and Liz's 10 year anniversary they were planning on going camping; one of their favorite pastimes. Unfortunately the plans fell through and they were not able to go and they decided to have a nice quiet dinner at home. After dinner Jason asked Liz to come with him to the back yard, he wanted to show her something. When they got out back Jason had set up a tent and had a fire going with pillows, blankets, and wine set up! Jason said that since they couldn't go camping he brought camping to them. They listened to music and made s'mores over the fire. When one of Liz's favorite piano songs came on (A River Flows In You by Yiruma) Jason pulled out a box with a beautiful ring and proposed right under the stars!
