If you’re looking for an early check-in to the hotel, they should be able to accommodate but it is not guaranteed. They will try their best to get guests into rooms before 3:00pm. Call (519) 457-1220 after 12:00 pm on December 31 to confirm early check-in availability.
We have a bus scheduled to drive from the hotel to the venue and from the venue back to the hotel at the following times: Leaving Best Western to Purple Hill at 2:45 and 3:30. Leaving Purple Hill to Best Western at 11:30, 12:30 and 1:00.
