We will begin promptly at 5pm! Please allow yourself time to travel and valet your vehicle. The North Ballroom will open at 4:30pm for our guests. Please arrive before 5pm. Thank you.

Yes! The ceremony begins promptly at 5pm in the North Ballroom. Promptly following the exchange of vows, we invite all guests to join us in the South Ballroom for cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing!

There is very limited parking available on site, so The Highline offers complementary Valet Parking for all evening events. The Highline works with Premier Parking for all Valet services & they have access to multiple lots around the venue. Your vehicle will be available at the end of the evening at the South ballroom!

Please check the travel page for a list of all hotels nearby. We avoided reserving a block of rooms but gave a range of hotels and lodging close to our venue.

Yes! We are working with Root Catering and there will be options for vegan, gluten free, and will make all allergies known to the chef so all our guests feel comfortable and safe.

Absolutely! The bar will close briefly during dinner and reopen after the meal is served. We also are featuring a signature cocktail and mocktail. There will also be several zero proof options as well!

We have hired an amazing photographer, Emily Szary, @basicallyemilyphoto to capture our special day! We kindly ask that you refrain from using phones or taking pictures during the ceremony. This is the only unplugged moment of the evening. We want you all to be present and let Emily capture the ceremony. After the ceremony, there will be SO many chances for you to use your phones, take videos, pictures, etc. We even have an amazing photobooth that we hope you will use throughout the evening!

Absolutely! We would love to see all your photos and videos of the night. We will also have disposable cameras around to help capture the memories, too! Pick one up and leave it at your table. Our hashtag is #builtswordtough
