How they met:&nbsp;The&nbsp;love&nbsp;story of how&nbsp;Jason and Clarissa met was unexpected but not out of the ordinary. &nbsp;On a spring night, in April 2014 both&nbsp;we're meeting mutual friends at a local bar, Piper's Pub.&nbsp; They were introduced over drinks&nbsp;and immediately there were SPARKS!&nbsp;Jason and Clarissa talked for a few, realizing they had something in common, being they were both parent's of little girls.&nbsp;&nbsp;After a drink or two, their&nbsp;friend's were heading to the next bar, Clarissa asked&nbsp;Jason if he was coming with. Jason replied he wasn't able to because he actually had a date to get to. Clarissa was a bit crushed. She thought they were hitting it off well and come to find out this guy had another girl waiting on him. The rest of the crew was gathering to leave, they said their&nbsp;goodbyes and went there separate&nbsp;ways. So Clarissa thought.&nbsp; As they&nbsp;were walking down the street,&nbsp;Jason came up behind them. Seriously confused Clarissa asked Jason what he was&nbsp;doing. He replied simply. " I cancelled my plans. Haha". Clarissa had butterflies.&nbsp;That night the two were inseparable and stayed up all night talking. The next morning, they exchanged numbers and parted ways.





New love:&nbsp;The two texted and talked every day for weeks. They had their first official date two&nbsp;weeks after meeting. They went to Midland for dinner and evening stroll at the Tridge in Midland. They spent time talking and getting to know each other more. Both realizing how natural it&nbsp;felt being together.&nbsp;A few months later, they both&nbsp;thought it&nbsp;was time to introduce the two most&nbsp;important people; their daughters. They arranged a casual meet up at the Tridge in Midland and it couldn't have gone more perfect.&nbsp;After a few months, they&nbsp;decided to take the next step move into together.&nbsp; Weeks turned into months, which&nbsp;turned into years.&nbsp;Time flies when your having fun!&nbsp;Eventually, the two decided to move to Clare and they&nbsp;are so happy they did!&nbsp;









The Proposal:&nbsp;Jason knew that he wanted to be with Clarissa forever&nbsp;but he&nbsp;was waiting for the perfect moment to ask her.&nbsp;&nbsp;Now,&nbsp;if you know Clarissa, she is quite particular. She was hoping Jason was getting ready to ask her, since they had visited a few jewelry stores and looked&nbsp;at rings. Jason told Clarissa to design her own ring.&nbsp;After a few stores didn't have exactly what she was looking for, Clarissa stopped at Ace of Diamonds where they helped her design the ring of her dreams! The stone was imported so in order to get started building it they needed a down payment. Clarissa told Jason and he said he would take care of it.&nbsp;Now, Jason wanted to surprise her. So he called the store to&nbsp;place&nbsp;the order but told them "She is going to call and confirm I paid, tell her I didn't".&nbsp;He was right, Clarissa called&nbsp;to confirm he placed the order, they told her no. She was sad. She knew for a long time she was ready to marry Jason and she thought it was finally going to happen.&nbsp;A&nbsp; few months later in&nbsp;September, they planned a day trip to Sleeping Bear Dunes. They headed up north with their friends. Jason suggested to start the day off with a small hike to Pyramid Point, which has great views of the Dunes. While there, they were taking some pictures, and Jason asked Clarissa "Do you wanna know the real reason we came here today?" Clarissa confused looked over and seen Jason on one knee with a ring in his hand! Beyond excited and very shocked,&nbsp;she screamed&nbsp;"Oh my Gosh, I can't believe it!" He said "Will you marry me?" Of course she said YES!&nbsp;







Wedding planning would have to wait, Clarissa was in the Radiology program and simply&nbsp;didn't have time&nbsp;to plan a wedding.







Still in love:&nbsp;Fast forward two years,&nbsp;Clarissa graduated and landed her dream job. The girls were getting older&nbsp;and the love birds were ready&nbsp;to make it official! Bring on the wedding planning! They set a date&nbsp;August 22, 2020.&nbsp;&nbsp;March 2020: Unfortunately,&nbsp;Covid-19 had different plans. Sadly, the couple decided to push back their wedding until 2021.







FINALLY WEDDING TIME;&nbsp;Jason, Clarissa, Reese, Ellie, and Diesel are beyond excited to share their special day with each and every one of you. They're day wouldn't be complete without each and every one of you!&nbsp;
