Jason and Tyneesha met in 2021, believe it or not, through an online dating app (BLK).....neither taking the odds of finding true love seriously. But as fate would have it, they did! Jason came across Tyneesha's profile and liked what he saw and he "liked" it. A week later and after much hesitation, Tyneesha decided "oh what the hell" and said hello. That same evening, Jason responded. After chatting back and forth, they decided to exchange phone numbers. WHAT A GREAT IDEA THAT WAS!!! They talked for hours and hours as they were getting to know each other. Jason was so impressed with what he heard, and apparently so was Tyneesha.

After countless conversations over the phone, they both decided that it was time to meet in person....and so they did. The chemistry was just as strong as it was over the phone. After that day, both of them were officially hooked on each other! It didn't take them long to realize that they were meant for each other. Soon came the "I love you's", the "BAEcations", and the nicknames. "Stink" is what she likes to call him, and he has many for her!!

Fast forward to April of 2024..........while having breakfast with his sister Jessica, Jason explained to her how much he loved Tyneesha. Jessica looked at him and simply stated "so when are you going to propose to her?". It was no secret that Jason knew she was THE ONE! With this new revelation, he reached out to Tyneesha's closest cousins and her daughter to let them know his plans on popping the question. With much excitement, everybody was on board in making that day special! Jason made his way to the jewelers, told them what he was looking for (per Tyneesha's specifications, of course, lol), and purchased the ring. The big day was June 29th!! What was supposed to be just a birthday celebration for Tyneesha became a proposal! Everybody was in place and played their roles perfectly! With family and close friends (still family) present, Jason got down on one knee and popped the question! Tyneesha had the perfect response..."Hell Yeah!!" And that was it!!! Their love was there for all to witness. Jason had found his Queen! Tyneesha had found her King! Ruth to Boaz!!

This story, however, is not yet complete. Actually, it is just the beginning! 8-16-25 will be the start of a journey. A new story. A story full of love, success, devotion and empowerment. A story of ups and downs, smiles and some tears. Good days and not so good days. But whatever may come, they're going to overcome it.......TOGETHER!!!!
