No you can stay where ever you prefer, the resort is located in Parksville and there are many options available. I have included a few other options on the travel page, Sunrise Ridge would be closest to the venue . There are many options including Air BNB if you want to share with a group of people. It isn't a huge town so anything in your budget will be a cab ride away.

The airport is approximately 35 mins from the resort. For those arriving on Thursday or Friday we will have some vehicles to do pick ups. Please let us know and we will coordinate. Taxi’s are also available but we will try our best to come get you!

Kelsey and Jason will be on resort from Thursday to Monday. We invite everyone to our rehearsal bbq on Friday @ 5 pm. We recommend arrival on Friday as check-in time is 4 pm and the wedding starts at 5 pm on Saturday. Sunday we would love to hang out with you but no obligation to stay.

While we LOVE your children, they are not invited to the wedding. They are more than welcome to come to the resort. Babysitting is available onsite or if you choose to bring grandparents or someone to look after the little ones on Saturday. OR have the weekend to yourselves :) Just let us know if any kids/caretakers will be joining us on Friday for the BBQ.

Yes, you can bring your animals just book a room that is pet friendly :). Discounts on rooms do not apply to pet friendly rooms unfortunately.

Not really if you plan to just hang and chill at the resort. The resort has a restaurant, spa, tennis courts, pool and beach access. If you want to go into town for groceries we can lend you a vehicle. If you plan to go and explore other areas of the island, then yes rent a car.
