2020: A Connection Across Continents

In the quiet of a world turned upside down, two souls found each other online. Branzell, a music and art teacher from Boise, Idaho, and Jaspreet, a thoughtful accountant from New Delhi, India, started their journey together virtually. Their shared love for books, music, travel, and arts and crafts sparked instant connection.

The pandemic turned their world into screens and virtual experiences, but they made the most of it. From online dates filled with laughter to Airbnb virtual experiences that took them from craft workshops in Japan to magical tours of London, their bond deepened.

2021: From Pixels to Reality

After nearly two years of long-distance courtship, the couple met for the first time in Serbia in December 2021. The magic of Belgrade, adorned with Christmas lights, mirrored the spark they felt in each other’s presence. They celebrated their first Christmas together, turning the once-virtual bond into reality.

2022: Across Oceans and Back Again

Branzell joined Jaspreet in India afterward, where they shared an unexpected chapter: contracting COVID together. Under the lockdown, their love blossomed amidst Indian spices, Netflix marathons and Jaspreet’s warm friends and family. They traveled to Jaipur, exploring the Pink City’s vibrant streets and grand palaces.

Back in New Delhi, on February 25, 2022, Jaspreet knelt with a ring and Branzell said yes ( or ‘a thousand times yes’ - as she said at that time) with tears of joy, knowing her life would never be the same.

Though she had to return to the US, their love knew no borders. In July, she flew back to India to celebrate Jaspreet’s birthday, which they spent exploring the mesmerizing beauty of Vietnam. The trip strengthened their dream of building a life together.

Later that year, Jaspreet began the process to move to the US to pursue his master's degree, bringing them one step closer to a shared future.

2023: A Dream Fulfilled

In June 2023, Branzell returned to India with her sister, Sherise, to celebrate her birthday with Jaspreet. Shortly after, Branzell and Jaspreet moved to Chicago together, bringing their furry companion, Ollie Ballie, along with them.

In the Windy City, Jaspreet immersed himself in studies while experiencing Branzell’s world. Together, they visited Boise, where Jaspreet met her loving and supportive family and fell in love with her hometown’s charm.

2024: A New Chapter in Denver

With Jaspreet’s graduation in June 2024, the couple relocated to Denver, a city as adventurous as their spirits. Trips to India to reconnect with family and spontaneous local excursions kept their days full.

Whether it’s exploring Colorado’s beautiful surroundings,

trying new cuisines, or planning their next adventure, Branzell and Jaspreet’s love story is a testament to their unyielding bond.

2025: The Journey Continues

Their biggest adventure yet is on the horizon: a July 21, 2025, wedding. Surrounded by family and friends, they’ll celebrate a love that began in pixels, survived across continents, and flourished in shared dreams.

But none of this would have been possible without the love and support of their families and friends. Branzell and Jaspreet are eternally grateful to their families and friends for embracing their journey with open hearts, for the countless moments of encouragement, and for fostering a bond that transcends borders and cultures.
