The dress code is formal country attire—so please, no jeans. Cowboys, feel free to wear your hats! Steamboat's weather can be a bit unpredictable, so we recommend bringing a jacket for when the sun goes down.

We're pleased to offer complimentary shuttle services for guests who prefer not to drive. Shuttles will begin pickups at 3:00 PM from 1805 Central Park Drive in Steamboat, conveniently near the Residence Inn. Following the ceremony, shuttles will depart from the venue every hour starting at 8 PM, providing a flexible return option for guests who wish to depart earlier. The last bus will depart at 11:00 PM at the conclusion of the reception.

Yes. Guests are more than welcome to drive themselves, but keep in mind the ranch roads are unpaved and may require a vehicle with high clearance. For your safety and convenience, we highly recommend utilizing our shuttle service. We remind all guests to refrain from drinking and driving.

Steamboat Springs offers free public transportation. This is a great option to get downtown or to the base of the mountain. Please visit https://www.steamboatsprings.net/166/Transit for route lines and pickup times.
