On November 3rd, 2023, Jaycee walked up the cement stairs in front of Paden's apartment in Downtown Kansas City. When she got to the door, she was greeted with her favorite meal from Chick-Fil-A after a long photography session and a big smile. Later that evening, the two had made their way to a 24 hour art gallery, sneaking onto the top floors to see the best art they could find at that hour. After that, it was love ever since. Just a few weeks later on November 14th, Paden went to Jaycee's house to decorate her Christmas tree, bringing an ornament with "Will you be my girlfriend?" written on it in Hobby Lobby brand paint marker, cementing another memory in the two's relationship. Over the next half year, the two had travelled to Nashville and Memphis together, adopted a cat (their son) named Dale, watched the Chiefs win yet another super bowl, frequented the Lake of the Ozarks, went back to Nashville for Jaycee's birthday, went on a float trip, and much more. With each passing moment, the two created more and more memories that will be cherished forever.

On a very very cold December night, Paden took Jaycee to a Lenexa park to walk around and look at Christmas lights. Little did she know (she definitely knew), there was a ring in his pocket and a giant smile on his face ever since they left their apartment. Thankfully she said yes, and that's why there is now this website for their wedding (crazy right?). Together, they have seen many places, met many people, and made many wonderful memories with friends and family, and will continue to do so for the rest of their lives.
